The Egypt's state grain buyer, the General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC) on Monday, November 29, bought 600,000 MT of wheat from Romania (240,000 MT), Russia (240,000 MT) and Ukraine (120,000 MT) for January 9-20 shipment:

  • 60,000 MT of Romanian wheat from Al Dahra at 375.9 $/mt c&f (350.85 fob+25.05 freight);
  • 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from Solaris at 377.67 $/mt c&f (351.37 fob+26.3 freight);
  • 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from GTCS at 378.55 $/mt c&f (352.25 fob+26.3 freight);
  • 60,000 MT of Romanian wheat from Grain Export at 378.55 $/mt c&f (353.5 fob+25.05 freight);
  • 60,000 MT of Romanian wheat from CHS at 378.55 $/mt c&f (353.5 fob+25.05 freight);
  • 60,000 MT of Romanian wheat from ADM at 378.55 $/mt c&f (353.5 fob+25.05 freight);
  • 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from ADM at 378.67 $/mt c&f (352.37 fob+26.3 freight);
  • 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from Aston at 378.67 $/mt c&f (352.37 fob+26.3 freight);
  • 120,000 MT of Ukrainian wheat from LDC at 379.1 $/mt c&f (352 fob+27.1 freight).

GASC has bought so far a total 3,525,000 MT of wheat (1,190,000 MT from Russia, 1,560,000 MT from Romania, and 775,000 MT from Ukraine) for supply in 2021/22 (July-June)
